SCHEDULE OF PROGRAMMING – FEB 4
The Florida Artists Group (FLAG) will rally in Daytona Beach for their 73rd annual exhibit and symposium at the Museum of Arts and Sciences, 352 S. Nova Rd., in Daytona Beach on February 3 and 4, 2023. FLAG President, Margaret Schnebly Hodge said, “We are thrilled to be invited to hold Art Rally Daytona at this prestigious museum which is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums for adhering to best standards in the field and also is an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institution.”

Art Rally Daytona 2023 celebrates and brings the absolute best of Florida’s diverse and extraordinary artists and artistic styles to Daytona Beach. The FLAG members’ exhibit, “Sensations,” includes 2-D and 3-D artworks and will be on display from January 28 through April 23, 2023. Over eighty art works will exhibit in multiple galleries of the museum to compete for more than $3500 in cash and $1000 in merchandise awards. Professor of Art Jered Sprecher, from the University of Tennessee is the juror for 2023. The Symposium consists of professional educational programs by FLAG members and guests that will be open to the public. Anyone who is interested in the arts is encouraged to attend. Established in 1949 by state art leaders and university professors, The Florida Artists Group, Inc., is Florida’s premier professional-level artists organization that inspires, celebrates, and promotes the excellence of the state’s finest visual artists.
